Trade

Trade customers are entitled to:

• 20% off all stock fabrics (except on sale items and during sale periods)
• 20% off orders made from books (exceptions apply)
• 20% off poles and tracks
• 15% off trimmings orders
• 15% off furniture

These discounts are suspended during main Winter & Summer sale periods. Occasionally we may offer promotional discounts on certain fabrics outside of these periods, trade discounts aren't valid against  these discounts. 

Trade customers can obtain a professional discount online or through our showrooms in Burford and Cheltenham. If using the account online you will be given a code which can be entered at checkout to obtain the 20% discount. This reference can also be used in our showrooms for your discount to be applied.

Trade discount codes are for the account holders use only and should not be passed on to friends, family, or customers for their use. Any misuse of the discount may result in the trade account being deactivated.

The registration will be reviewed annually and any customer not achieving the minimum spend of £1000, will not have their registration renewed.

At the end of the year all purchases will be totalled and if you exceed £1000 spend vouchers will be issued to the account holder, this amount will depend on total account spend.
